Modern Crochet Chair Socks
I made these chair socks to protect my hardwood floors from being scratched by my dining room chairs.
These crochet chair socks are super quick and easy to make.

Crochet Pattern:
Yarn: Bulky Weight yarn
Hook: Clover Hook Size 4.5mm or size desired for gauge.
Start with a Magic circle

Written Instructions for Magic Circle:
Chain 1
Sc 6 sts into the magic circle and pull the loose end to tighten the circle.
Round 2
Sc twice into each stitch around until you have 12 sts total
Round 3- end
Sc into each stitch until you have your desired length of chair sock.
Cut yarn and pull through the last stitch.
weave in ends and slip your socks on to protect your floor!
(optional)
For the bigger back legs of the chair, or if your chair legs are larger you will on round 3
*Sc one, sc 2 into the same stitch* Repeat from * to*
all the way around until you have 18 sts.
If you are working at smaller gauge with smaller yarn, you may need to add increase rounds as follows.
4th round: Sc two, sc 2 into the same st
5th round: Sc three, sc 2 into the same st
6th round: Sc Four, sc 2 into the same st
etc.
